Want to check on your order? Here's everything you need to know about tracking your Homiio shipment.
📧 Step 1: Check Your Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or search for an email from support@homegearcentral.com.
📦 Step 2: Track Your Package
Use your tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier's website. Most orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days before shipment
❓ Don't See Your Tracking Update?
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email. If it's been more than 2 business days and you still don't see updates, please reach out to us.
