At Homiio™, we work hard to get your smart home devices to you quickly and safely.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders — see checkout for current threshold
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@homegearcentral.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Homiio™ is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
