Step 2: Connect the discharge hose to the 1.5" or 2" outlet using the included universal adapters. Step 3: Route the discharge hose to drain water away from your home's foundation (minimum 10 feet away). Step 4: Plug the 10ft power cord into a standard 110-120V grounded outlet. Step 5: Test by pouring water into the pit — the pump activates automatically. No contractor needed. If you need help, email support@homegearcentral.com.
