Practically there is no connection with the app via Bluetooth, but it works with the remote control. After installation on the TV, 6-7 diodes did not work, it turned out that there were defects in the strip and after manipulating with hands, the whole line started working. Therefore, not completely satisfied with the product.

How hard is it to set up?

It takes a few minutes. Install your light, download the free SmartLife app and follow the steps to connect it to your 2.4GHz WiFi.

Does it work if the power goes out?

Yes. When the power comes back, your Homiio lights reconnect to your WiFi automatically. No reset needed, and your schedules stay saved in the app.

Do I need a hub?

No hub needed. Homiio lights connect straight to your home WiFi and work with the free SmartLife app, Alexa and Google Home.

Can I control several lights at once?

Yes. Group your lights by room in the free SmartLife app, then control them together, add them to scenes or set one schedule for the whole group.

Can I share access with family members?

Yes. The SmartLife app lets you invite family members to your home so they can control all shared devices too. Each person uses their own account — no shared passwords.

Does it work with 5GHz WiFi?

Homiio lights use 2.4GHz WiFi only. Most home routers broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, so just choose the 2.4GHz network during setup.

Will the bulb fit my lamp?

The Homiio Smart LED Bulb has a standard E27 screw base that fits standard US E26 lamp sockets and runs on US 110V power. For string lights, see the Tech Specs above for length and power details.
