Previously, you could enable notifications on your phone about opening and closing for free, but now it's only available with a subscription or through scenarios. The blue sensor is the previous one, the green one is the new one.

As expected, the response was not very fast. There were difficulties connecting to Wi-Fi; the network was not visible. It is necessary to set the Wi-Fi settings to Mode: 802.11b/g/n mixed, without ax.

When using the device with the Smart Life app, the sensor does not send notifications to the phone when the door is opened freely like other sensors; it only does so when comparing a notification subscription. I tried it, but it is only possible by paying an extra fee. I do not recommend it for alerting purposes when opening doors or windows unless you are willing to pay extra.

The truth is that the device exceeded my expectations. I wanted to control a Samsung air conditioner in the living room and couldn't find it, but with just the original remote, the device learned the code and could be operated. It's a very good product, I highly recommend it.

The product reads humidity and temperature correctly and is very useful because my old air conditioner, which could have ended up in the trash due to a lack of control when I'm not at home, has been replaced by this device. Now I can set rules that allow the air conditioner to turn on and off automatically, maintaining the temperature programmed in the app. The problem is that we have many manufacturers, but mine was not on the list, and I had to program the remote control myself. Then I was offered to use a remote control from another company that works 80% of the time, which I have no problem with as long as I can control it. Another small issue could be that the device needs to be positioned in such a way that it can transmit infrared signals to the other device; I believe this could be better resolved.

It's good to sleep well. The Samsung air conditioner WiFi module is expensive, but it can be solved cheaply.

Don't buy notification and sound don't work without subscription....in the smart living and tuya app you see open and out but there is no notification and sound you have to take a subscription...

The seller sent me a product that does not match the product photo. Even in user reviews, the product is completely different from the one in the picture, that is, it's some kind of third-party product. What he sent me looks, in size, like a pocket Wi-Fi router.

Device works well, i bought a few more this week.
Warning the double sided tape is very poor quality and can't be relied on to hold the sensor on its own. The tape failed after one day in most instances.i've replaced the tape with a 3m product that works well.
