I purchased this item specifically because it said it works with 'smart things'. i still can't get it to connect. tried qr code to no avail. manuel has such small print that even with a magnifying glass i can not read it. still trying to figure it out. maybe i'm just stupid.

For the moment it works and is exactly as I ordered.
This smart socket is great! Both plugs are independently controllable via the app. The usb is also controllable. (i like that.)
Each ac plug has a 2-color status light. The smart socket is larger than some other models and has good spacing for larger plugs.

I figured out how to finish the scheduling. it looks a little different in the smartlife app than the single-plug smart plugs that i am using. i can only turn on or off both usb ports at once, not individually.

The usb seems to be slightly underpowered the led sign plugged into it as it cauae it to occasionally alightly dim. works great besides that!
